This Sydenham home came to us with a weathered tile roof: faded grey tiles and dull ridge capping. Our team restored it to a clean, even charcoal finish that protects the tiles and lifts the look of the whole house.
It was not a simple roof. There were solar panels, an evaporative cooling unit, roof vents and a TV antenna to work around, and the gable ends were masked before coating to keep the trims clean. Ridge and hip capping were finished to match the tiles, so the roof reads as one even colour from the street.
